Activate a card
POST/v1/cards/:id/activate
Activates a card that is in pending_validation status.
When a card is registered with validateCard=true, a small test transaction
(up to R$ 2.00) is made. The customer must check their card statement for
this amount and provide it here to activate the card.
After successful activation, the test transaction amount is automatically refunded.
